New OLAC Website for the 2026 Season!

The previous OLAC website served the club for many years but had become outdated in design, structure, and functionality. The new site has been rebuilt in WordPress from scratch, to provide a modern, secure, mobile‑friendly, and easy‑to‑maintain platform that better reflects the club’s activities and supports members more effectively.

I have tried to retain all of the useful information that the old site provided, while building in a good deal of “future-proofing”. The new site is built to be secure, reliable, and easy to maintain for years to come, with room for future enhancements as the club’s needs evolve.

Any functioning website is inevitably, by its nature, a work in progress and I acknowledge the labours of our previous webmasters, Chris and Geoff. And a big thank-you to Jonathan, our Chairman, for his support, enthusiasm and well, INDEFIGATABILITY in assisting this changeover. It has been fun to work on.
